Suggestions to help with Male Libido / Erectile Dysfunction

Hi there folks! I thought I would share one single blog post with links to a whole bunch of ideas and resources about male sexuality and erectile health.

I frequently receive emails and intake forms from folks who are looking for guidance and support for dealing with things like ED, or who are struggling with sexual issues of varying degrees…

So – I am not a doctor, you can take my suggestions with a grain of salt. But after working with literally thousands of clients for many years, here are some of my suggestions.

Your Sexual Vitality is Directly Correlated to your Physical Health

I really think this should be obvious… But for some reason we live in a civilization where people take pharmaceutical drugs to solve their problems, rather than working out in the gym and eating healthier food.

This is my not so humble opinion – but I do believe that male sexual vitality is directly correlated to how you are taking care of your body – OR HOW YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR BODY!

Your erections and overall physical stamina are directly correlated to how you take care of your body. It should be seen as a symptom / barometer of your overall physical health.

I strongly believe that male sexual libido has a direct correlation to these factors:

  1. How much sleep are you getting on a daily basis?
  2. How much physical movement / physical exercise are you doing on a daily basis? Are you working out? Are you lifting weights? Or are you not doing any form of physical movement practice / physical fitness on a regular basis? I truly believe this is the #1 factor for men and their sexual vitality.
  3. How much stress are you under on a regular basis? Vs, how well do you manage stress and practice calming / centering / meditation practices on a regular basis?
  4. YOUR DIET. Please folks. I don’t want to start preaching about diet. But please stop drinking soda. Please stop eating junk food. Please stop eating fast food. Please stop eating garbage. Please eat healthy, whole food with actual vegetables. Doesn’t matter to me if you’re a vegetarian or paleo. Better yet, make homemade food and eliminate all the processed food in your diet. Eliminate sugar, pastries, snacks, sweets, candy, processed crap. Please.
  5. It does seem to me that there is a pretty consistent correlation between pharmaceutical drugs (antidepressants???) and erection challenges. I don’t take pharmaceutical drugs or have a penis, so I can only glean information from others about their experience. But look into this, if this is a factor or challenge for you…

Cock Rings

I am a huge fan and proponent of Cock Rings. THEY REALLY WORK!!!

I have seen them work magic wonders – many times. I frequently suggest them to clients. I have seen men who have soft erections, be able to have huge improvements using these little silicone circles.

They help build blood flow in the penis and balls. Be sure to get a SILICONE cock ring. There’s lots of mediocre, low quality cock rings out there on the market. Silicone is the way to go. It’s stretchy and it’s easy to put on and remove.

Again, I’m not a man, I don’t have a penis and I have never had an erection. So I can only look into other people’s feedback. But the reviews for this product are very positive…
